1. General Provisions
These terms govern the use of bloombeauty.pl operated by Bloom Beauty, ul. Kwiatowa 15, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland.
2. Bookings
Bookings require confirmation by our team (email or phone). Unconfirmed bookings are not binding.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to cancel may result in a booking fee of 50% of the service price.
4. Pricing
Prices on the website are indicative and may change. The binding price is confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Complaints
Complaints are accepted within 7 days of the service: hello@bloombeauty.pl
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law.
